This advanced dual console robotic system enables surgeons to perform many procedures in an extraordinarily precise manner through smaller incisions, robotic technology and unparalleled 3-D HD visualization of the surgical site.

The daVinci Surgical System consists of an ergonomically designed surgeon’s console, a patient-side cart with interactive robotic arms, the high-performance InSite® Vision System and proprietary EndoWrist® Instruments. Powered by state-of-the-art robotic technology, the surgeon’s hand movements are scaled, filtered and seamlessly translated into precise movements of the EndoWrist® Instruments. The net result is an intuitive interface with breakthrough surgical capabilities.
Among the added capabilities of the new Si model are Dual Console Capability and Enhanced 3-D HD vision equivalent to 1080i. The daVinci System also offers patient benefits including a shorter hospital stay, less pain, less blood loss, fewer transfusions and a quicker return to normal activities.
