HEALTH UPDATE FOR SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES

Living a healthy lifestyle and managing health issues or chronic conditions can enhance the quality of life for people of all ages. Winthrop supports the senior community and offers a series of wellness education lectures designed to inform, inspire and motivate seniors to take charge of their health so they can remain independent and fully engaged in life.
