Swimmer's Ear

Summary

Winthrop -University Hospital, Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases is seeking volunteers who have been diagnosed with Acute Otitis Externa (SwimmerÕs ear) and are willing to try an investigational antibiotic drop.

Description

Eligible participants will receive the investigational antibiotic drop and study-related medical care at no cost to them. You may be compensated for your time and travel expenses.

Inclusion/exclusion

Main inclusion criteria: ¥ To be 6 months of age or older ¥ To have a clinical diagnosis of AOE in at least one ear ¥ To be able to complete 4 visits at our clinic, spanning no more than 2 weeks
