SO812: Phase IIB Randomized Controlled biomarker modulation study of high dose Vitamin D in premenopausal women at high risk for breast cancer.


Premenopausal women with resected LCIS or DCIS (Tamoxifen up to 28 days before randomization acceptable ) OR Premenopausal women with High Gail Model Score>/= 1.67% OR Premenopausal women with known BRCA mutations
