Study for adults diagnosed with Clostridium -difficile infection (C-Diff)

Description

Winthrop University Hospital Clinical Trials Center is seeking volunteers who have been diagnosed with Clostridium difficile infection and is willing to participant in a research study to test the safety and effectiveness of a an investigational medication comparing it with an FDA approved drug. Your participation will last up to 1 _ months and there is no placebo involved in this study.

Inclusion/exclusion

Eligible participants will receive study-related medications and study related visits at no cost to them and they do not need health insurance to participate in the study. ¥ Male or female aged 18 to 80 ¥ Diagnosed with primary episode or first relapse of moderate C. difficile infection
