The Patient Relations Office is the main resource for patients and their families who have questions or concerns regarding their experiences at Winthrop-University Hospital. We partner with patients and their families to find positive solutions to concerns. We want to make your experience with us a positive one. We treat everyone with compassion, as we enhance communication, while respecting the patient.
Questions or Concerns?
Please discuss any questions or concerns you have with the healthcare team (nurse, nurse manager, physician, social worker). The best time to discuss an issue is when it is happening or right after it has occurred. If you cannot resolve the situation with a member of the healthcare team, please reach out to Patient Relations.
Please note: if you are not the patient, we need the consent of the patient, if possible, before discussing their situation with you.
Our office will assist you in finding a solution to the problem. If necessary, we will open an investigation to help all parties arrive at a resolution. We also do so to ensure that the same issue doesn’t arise for anyone else in our community.
