Golfing ‘Fore’ the Kids
Blue skies, sunshine and a pristine course with vistas of the Long Island Sound
were the backdrop for the 8th Annual Cancer Center for Kids (CCFK) Golf
Outing, held at the Hamlet Wind Watch Golf and Country Club on June 18.
With the goal of raising funds to benefit Winthrop’s pediatric patients and their
families, this year’s event proved to be another terrific success as friends and
benefactors once again came out to show their support for this worthy cause.
