Lippert, Megliola Families Raise Funds for Institute for Cancer Care
For years, giving back to Winthrop is
something that has been close to
the hearts of both the Lippert and
Megliola families, whose sons Joe
and Ray were successfully treated at
Winthrop’s Cancer Center for Kids.
Recently, staff, family and friends
gathered at Michael’s Chop House
in Douglaston for a special cocktail
reception which raised over $11,500
for adult cancer services at Winthrop.
