If you’ve ever wondered, ‘is there anybody
out there that understands how
I’m feeling?’ – then a support group
may be for you.
For many individuals, support groups
are a vital tool on the road to recovery.
A forum for social interaction with others
facing similar circumstances, a support
group can also teach individuals new
strategies for coping as well as provide
emotional and practical support.
