On March 1, 2006, Kim and Tom Oestreicher became the proud parents of a baby girl, Alexa Rose. Today, Alexa, who was born six weeks premature and weighed just 4 lbs. 10 oz., is enjoying a healthy childhood. As a token of their gratitude for the superior care their niece received during her time at Winthrop, Michelle and Renato Migliozzi recently donated a rocking chair to Winthrop's Neonatal Intensive Care.
