    Senator Michael Balboni (7th Senate District) recently presented a $75,000 check supporting the interior renovation of Winthrop’s Community Outreach Center. A centrally located facility at 101 Mineola Boulevard, the Center regularly hosts free-of-charge Winthrop- sponsored support groups and public health and wellness programs.

    Last year, Senator Balboni secured a generous grant to assist with the renovation of the Center’s exterior. At that time, he was presented a plaque in appreciate of his ongoing commitment to the Hospital.
