    • Get ahead of your holiday shopping by taking part in the Champions for Charity benefit supporting the Winthrop-University Hospital Pediatric Fund for the Future starting Wednesday, November 30 through Sunday, December 4 at the Americana Manhasset and Wheatley Plaza stores.

    To participate, all you have to do is register for your Champion Shopping Card.

    But, you must remember to select Winthrop Pediatrics as your recipient charity so 25 percent of your pre-tax purchases will be donated to help the Hospital's young patients. All 2005 Champions for Charity shoppers also will be eligible to win a $2,000 Americana Manhasset Gift Card.
