Daniel P. Walsh, Winthrop's President and Chief Executive Officer, installed new Twigs officers at the organization's annual induction ceremony. Held at Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Harrington's Garden City home, the spring wine and cheese event was co-chaired by Twigs members Cathy Teri and Gina Coscia.
Twigs, a branch of Winthrop's Auxiliary, has for years dedicated its talents and energies toward the advancement of Winthrop's patient care programs and state-of-the-art facilities. Recently, the group directed its resources toward the construction of the new Pediatric Inpatient Center.
During the induction, Sistie Lewis and Kris Harder, founding leaders of Twigs, were present to welcome the new leadership as they began plans for the upcoming year's events.
