The New York Islanders Children's Foundation (ICF) and the Charles B. Wang Foundation partnered with Jay's World Childhood Cancer Foundation in making a $100,000 contribution to Winthrop's new Pediatric Inpatient Center. Wang Foundation (second from left) presented Warren Rosenfeld, MD, Chairman of Pediatrics at Winthrop (left) with a check for $100,000.
The ICF and Charles B. Wang Foundation each made a $50,000 contribution to Jay's World, which, through a generous $400,000 commitment, helped build the four-room Jay's World Pediatric Oncology Unit in the new Pediatric Inpatient Center.
