The 19th annual Winthrop-University Hospital Golf Tournament was held on Monday, May 10, 2004 at The Creek Club in Locust Valley and The Meadow Brook Club in Jericho, NY. More than 280 players, sponsors and volunteers came out for a beautiful day of golf that helped raise close to $300,000 to benefit pediatric programs and services at Winthrop.
This year's Golf Committee, under the able leadership of Co-chairs Albert Salvatico, President of Jaral Properties, and his son Robert, General Manager of the Wingate Inn Garden City, did a tremendous job to recruit significant sponsorship and attract fabulous raffle prizes.
