Through a $6,000 grant obtained by the Hon. Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr., New York State Senator, Winthrop’s Child Life Program of the Department of Pediatrics, part of the Institute for Family Care, has expanded its service hours to include evenings and a full day on Saturday. Winthrop’s Child Life Program helps alleviate children’s anxiety about hospitalization.
