  • Through a $6,000 grant obtained by the Hon. Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr., New York State Senator, Winthrop�s Child Life Program of the Department of Pediatrics, part of the Institute for Family Care, has expanded its service hours to include evenings and a full day on Saturday. Winthrop�s Child Life Program helps alleviate children�s anxiety about hospitalization. Senator Fuschillo (C) presented the grant to grateful recipients (L-R): Warren Rosenfeld, MD, Chairman, Department of Pediatrics; Krista Kearney, CCLS, Child Life Specialist; Daniel P.
