Ms. Marinaccio joins Winthrop after 23 years at NRAD Medical Associates (formerly Nassau Radiologic Group) where she served as Chief Executive/CFO. There, she was responsible for leading the private physician practice through multiple generations of ownership, expansions and acquisitions.

Ms. Marinaccio earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University and subsequently became a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Marinaccio has been recognized with several prestigious honors including being named one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business by Long Island Business News in 2005. She is a founding member of Long Island’s Financial Executive Women (FEW) and is a member of the Healthcare Leaders of New York and the Medical Group Management Association – the nation’s premier membership association for professional administrators and leaders of medical group practices.

Ms. Marinaccio resides in Farmingdale, NY, with her husband and two children.
