WINTHROP’S HOME HEALTH AGENCY NAMED TO THE 2008 HOMECARE ELITE™

Mineola, NY – For the third consecutive year, Winthrop-University Hospital’s certified Home Health Agency (HHA) has been recognized among the HomeCare Elite – a compilation of the most successful Medicare-certified home health care providers in the United States. This annual review identifies the top 25 percent of agencies, ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance.

“Once again, Winthrop’s Home Health Agency has demonstrated their outstanding commitment to serving the vast needs of patients, and has been recognized as such with this designation as a leader among home healthcare agencies across the United States,” said John F.
