The Team at the Winthrop-University Hospital Wound Healing Center and Hyperbaric Medicine Program are experts in their respective fields. In addition, the core team works in close collaboration with specialists in vascular, plastic, orthopedic, and general surgery; infectious diseases, and podiatry. They also utilize the expertise of nurses, medical assistants, orthotists and nutritionists trained to work with problematic wounds.
