Staff ID badges are needed for entrance to the library after 5:00pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends. SERVICES REFERENCE The library staff will be happy to help you find needed materials, and to teach you how to use the online catalog and to search Medline, CINAHL, or the Internet.  Lists of review books and audiovisual materials in the library's collection are available in print in the library. CIRCULATION POLICY Books 2 wk. Books on CD 1 wk. Circulating Journals 1 wk. Audiovisuals 1 wk. Reference and reserve materials, computer software, and journals do not circulate. If you wish to renew an item, there's no need to bring it to the library; just stop in or call x2802. The fine for overdue books is $.20 per day. INTERLIBRARY LOAN Bring in, phone (663-2802), fax (663-8171), or e-mail (CBennett@winthrop.org) a full citation: UI or PMID (number found at the top of a Medline citation) author title of article journal name volume & issue number date of issue and we'll be happy to get your needed article. Please check the library's journal holdings list (found in the library or on this website) to make sure that your needed article is not owned by the library. COMPUTERS The computer lab houses twelve PCs, 3 printers, 2 scanners, a VCR/DVD player, a slide projector, and an audiotape player.  In the lab, you have access to the Internet, OvidWeb (which includes Medline, CINAHL, EBM Reviews), UpToDate, Microsoft Office, and many computer-assisted instructional programs. There is also a photocopier in the library for reproducing single copies of library materials.
