Directions & Parking

Southern State Parkway

Exit 19 North (Peninsula Blvd.) to S. Franklin St. Left on S. Franklin St., which becomes N. Franklin St. and then Franklin Ave. After crossing Old Country Rd., Franklin becomes Mineola Blvd. Pass over the bridge and follow Mineola Blvd. to the Center at 163 Mineola Blvd. between Cleveland and Harrison Aves.

Northern State Parkway

Exit 28 South (Willis Ave.) Continue on Willis for 2 miles. Turn right on Cleveland Ave. and then left onto Mineola Blvd. The Center is at 163 Mineola Blvd. between Cleveland and Harrison Aves.

Long Island Expressway

Exit 37 South (Willis Ave.) Continue on Willis for 2 miles. Turn right on Cleveland Ave. and then left onto Mineola Blvd. The Center is at 163 Mineola Blvd. between Cleveland and Harrison Aves.

Meadowbrook Parkway North

Exit M1 to Old County Road. Turn left toward Mineola. Turn right on Mineola Blvd. Pass over the bridge and follow to the Center at 163 Mineola Blvd., between Cleveland and Harrison Aves.

Long Island Railroad

To Mineola Station. Cross viaduct, heading north on Mineola Blvd. The Center is at 163 Mineola Blvd. between Cleveland and Harrison Aves.

PARKING

Parking is located at the rear of the building; the entrance to the parking lot is on Harrison Ave.

Metered parking is also available.

Additional daytime parking:

For group classes offered in the day time, FREE parking is available at the TOP FLOOR of the parking garage adjacent to 120 Mineola Blvd. located one block south of the Diabetes Education Center. You can enter the parking garage from First Street.

Park on the top level and walk down to parking level 3 to access the building's elevator. Take the elevator to the main lobby and exit at Mineola Blvd. Turn right and cross the street to the Diabetes Education Center at 163 Mineola Blvd located between Harrison Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.

For group classes offered in the evening, parking is available behind our office at 163 Mineola Blvd. After 5 pm, you can park in any of the tenants parking spaces except those marked for the podiatrist.
