Please join us for the 4th Winthrop HCM Conference on Saturday November 1st, at the Carltun on the Park (Eisenhower Park, Long Island), breakfast and lunch included (suggested donation $20 per person).

As the only HCM Center on Long Island, and one of only two in NY, the Winthrop Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Treatment Center has grown tremendously. With over 400 individuals with HCM seeking care at Winthrop, our services have expanded to develop our Center as one of the most comprehensive, patient-friendly, and nationally-recognized programs in the United States. We are proud to be partnered with the national HCM Association, which offers patient guidance, national advocacy, and aids in the development of programs such as ours.
