Please join us for the 3rd Regional Winthrop HCM Conference on Saturday October 20, 2012 at the Carltun on the Park (Eisenhower Park, Long Island), breakfast and lunch included.

This is our way of getting our entire HCM community together for a morning of education, awareness, and social networking. Although this event is free to maximize attendance, there is a suggested donation of $20 per person.

As the only HCM Center on Long Island, and one of only two in NY, the Winthrop Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Treatment Center has grown tremendously. With roughly 300 individuals with HCM seeking care at Winthrop, our services have expanded to develop our Center as one of the most comprehensive, patient-friendly, and nationally-recognized programs in the United States. We are proud to be partnered with the national HCM Association, which offers patient guidance, national advocacy, and aids in the development of programs such as ours.
