    Coordinator, CyberKnife Program

    Elaine Montchal, RN, is the CyberKnife Program's Nurse Coordinator. Ms. Montchal works closely with the team's specialists and directors and is responsible for the clinical management of each CyberKnife radiosurgery patient.

    At Winthrop since 1991, Ms. Montchal has held several positions, including Radiation Oncology Nurse Clinician and Assistant Nurse Manager in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The first to receive Winthrop's Annual Outstanding Critical Care Nurse of the Year, she is ACLS and PALS certified. Prior to joining Winthrop, she worked in the Open Heart/Trauma Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey.
