New Patient Family Advisory Council

Pledging to engage patients and their families in every aspect of care that the Hospital provides, Winthrop-University Hospital was pleased to recently establish the Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC). PFAC is part of the Winthrop's commitment to bring together patients, family members and Hospital staff in an ongoing effort to elevate the patient experience. Members of the council were recommended by care providers throughout the institution.
