|Summary||The purpose of this research study is to see if it is beneficial to treat mild hypertension during and after pregnancy.|
|Description||NYU Winthrop Hospital Clinical Trials Center is seeking pregnant participants who are 18 years old or older, and who have been diagnosed with mild high blood pressure, to participate in a clinical research study. This study is designed to evaluate if it is safe and effective to treat mild hypertension during and after pregnancy.
Eligible participants will receive study-related investigational prenatal blood tests, medical exams and laboratory tests at no cost, while participating in the study. Reimbursement may be provided for time and travel expenses.
