Title   Unilateral Nerve-sparing Cryoablation for low-risk, clinically localized, unilateral prostate cancer in potent men: A prospective phase II trial (POTENT-C)
Summary   This study will determine and assess the change in the rate of potency in men after treatment with unilateral nerve-sparing cryoablation for localized prostate cancer.
Description   Unilateral nerve-sparing cryoablation is a type of surgery that freezes only the one side of the prostate affected by cancer without freezing the nearby nerve of the side unaffected by cancer.

Inclusion/Notes   To be eligible for this clinical research study you must:

- Be 18 years old
- Be diagnosed with prostate cancer
- Have early, low-risk prostate cancer
- Have not had previous treatment for prostate cancer
- Have prostate cancer on one side of the prostate only
