Franklin St. and then Franklin Ave. After crossing Old Country Rd., Franklin becomes Mineola Blvd. Stay on Mineola Blvd to 2nd St. Turn left on 2nd St. Proceed to Hospital.   Northern State Parkway Exit 28 South (Willis Ave.) Continue on Willis for 2.5 miles. Turn right on Second St. Proceed to Hospital.   Long Island Expressway Exit 37 South (Willis Ave.) Turn right on Second St. Proceed to Hospital.   Long Island Railroad To Mineola Station.
