Nina Jillian Rosenblatt Ambulatory Suite at the Cancer Center for Kids Outpatient Center

Staffed by a team of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Physicians and Nurses, Psychologists, a Nurse Practitioner, Social Worker and Child Life Specialist, the Suite includes:
- Full diagnostic and therapeutic management of the entire gamut of pediatric hematologic/oncologic disorders
- On-site phlebotomy with immediate blood count results
- Infusion rooms for chemotherapy and transfusions
- On-site facilities for conscious sedation and general anesthesia
- Activity room for young children
- Computers and Internet access for children and parents
- Video games, DVD's for patients spending the day for treatments
- Music therapy room

- This inpatient unit includes rooms with sophisticated air filtration systems for patients with compromised immune systems when required
